We are seeking versatile Senior Business Analysts to join our team. These roles require individuals who are comfortable working across multiple clients, adapting to diverse business environments, and delivering results in both team settings and as individual contributors. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong ability to navigate complex challenges, align business and technology objectives, and drive impactful outcomes across various sectors including Utilities, Banking and Finance, Government, Health, and Retail.
Your responsibilities may include: Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirementsCoordinating between business stakeholders and delivery teams to document requirementsEvaluating and documenting business processes, uncovering areas for improvement (where applicable) and facilitating solution requirements.Gathering critical information from stakeholders to inform gaps, improvements, and solutioning.Developing and monitoring business readiness activities to ensure successful rollout.Providing critical analysis of requirements to inform the development of acceptance criteria for UAT.Developing fit for purpose process maps and operational procedures.Developing and delivering critical activities & artefacts during the Transition to BAU.Mapping and articulating future state processes for the purpose of design, test, change management, and knowledge managementFacilitating workshops with a broad cross-section of stakeholders to deliver the right outcome including RACIs and SIPOCsIdentifying and providing recommendations on quality and efficiency issues through the revision of business processesEstimating process metrics for business benefits analysisWorking collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver the above as well as execution of key prioritiesSkills and capabilities you will have: Strong business analysis experienceProcess mapping experience and development of processes (BPMN 2.0 preferable)Experience in eliciting relevant informationTactful and professional approach with great stakeholder engagement skillsDemonstrated experience in managing stakeholders through to deliveryDemonstrated experience in self-motivating, self-directed, value-driven working styleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsYou must have the necessary rights to undertake employment and work in Australia.
