We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a critical in-flight Remediation program.
You'll partner closely with the Remediation Project Manager to design, build and refine a remediation process for a known business issue.
The Opportunity: In this role, you'll partner closely with the Remediation Program Manager and Workstream Project managers to conduct the investigation and discovery work associated with this program.
Understanding the scale, scope, and size of any impacted customer cohort, along with the understanding of system or conduct failures is critical to the delivery of rectification and remediation efforts.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: Experience in analysis of complex, remediation projects or programs and/or customer-facing transformation projects is essential.
Experience in Insurance/Banking, or familiarity of the Health Insurance sector will be beneficial.
This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract and can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne (our offices are based in the CBD in each of these states).
We offer hybrid work arrangements, so you'll have the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.
How will I help?
You will add value by: Ensuring adequate business analysis is done to document requirements, facilitating design and support the build test of processes to enable remediation of member scenarios.
Supporting the remediation project manager, providing relevant business analysis to support with: Process improvement activities, planning, running, and managing requirement gathering workshops.
Business process owners and remediation initiative owners, developing a deep understanding of pain points and areas for opportunity.
The process analyst team, developing clear process documentation (current and future state).
Support from the data analyst team, conducting required analysis of remediation data sets and impacted customer cohorts, and presenting insights, findings and corrective action recommendations to business process owners and remediation project managers as required.
In addition to solid analysis services, you will provide support with planning, testing and change management support.
