Primary role:As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be using your background in software implementation and finance to act as a subject matter expert on The Odessa Platform, our Equipment Leasing and Finance software. You'll be engaging with customers on software implementations while using your expertise in SDLC/Implementations to guide them on making the best business decisions for their company while utilizing our product. You'll also be collaborating and receiving guidance from your Business Architect and work alongside teammates including Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and more. Most importantly, you'll be a key member of the larger organisation who will facilitate your growth and success, encourage you to speak your mind, and enable you.
What you will do:Analyse a customer's business and translate it into business requirements for the system while providing support to remote colleagues in Bangalore during design, development, and testing phases to see the requirements through to completion
