Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 12 years of experience.Proven hands-on BA experience in a financial services organisation is essential.Experience in Retail banking, Consumer finance products such as Credit Cards and Loans, Credit Risk is a strong advantage.Ability to liaise with Business Product Owners, User Experience Designers, Legal and Compliance and be the conduit to technical teams.Experience working in an Agile environment is preferable.Generating business requirements on business-critical tech focussed projectsOwnership of requirements through to deliveryManaging scope, requirements and delivery of in-house development streamsLiaise with business stakeholders and communicate deliveryLiaise with technical leads to help PM's manage sprint planningLiaise with external vendors as requiredPower to exercise governance and best practiseIdentify business gaps between "as is" and "to be" states across multiple projectsRecommend solutions that will enable Westpac to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business valueAble to detail requirements into user stories for developers while managing many stakeholdersDeveloping and executing appropriate test plansYou will be a self-starter, able to work self sufficientlyAbility to play a mentoring relationship for the wider teamCapability to facilitate and foster stakeholder relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
