What you'll do Within the HomeRun team, we aspire to create Australia's leading Last Mile Business, powering the eCommerce growth of all Woolworths Group brands through an exceptional last mile customer experience at competitive economics.
As the Senior Business Analyst - HomeRun, your primary goal is to provide analytical capabilities to solving complex problems, break up of work and support the broader Squad in delivering solutions to solve customer and business problems.
You will also: Support the Product Manager in maintaining and optimising the initiative and epic product backlog in line with business prioritisation.
Thrive in a fast paced environment focussed on providing a simple and ultra-convenient service for our customers, taking innovative approaches to solving complex, interesting problems while putting the customer experience first.
Collaborate with business and technical partners to understand customer and business problems, translating this into Epics/User Stories (e.g.
functional or non-functional requirements) in partnership with squads.
What you'll bring You are an experienced Senior Business Analyst and technologist with a strong Agile delivery background and a passion for everything digital, eCommerce or logistics.
You will also have: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to story-tell and take stakeholders on the journey with you.
Lead and coordinate agile ceremonies with your squad, ensuring we continually optimise and improve our ways of working.
Strong skills in facilitating the breakdown of larger initiatives into smaller pieces of work eg defining epics and breaking work down into stories with acceptance criteria, etc.
A track record of making the complex simple, and working through ambiguity.
