Senior Business Analyst

Security Clearance Required for this role: Must have a Current Baseline or NV1 security clearance.Must be an Australian Citizen.This will be an Office based role in Canberra. Key Responsibilities: Gather Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to capture business needs and document detailed requirements for the system.Process Analysis: Analyze and map current and future business processes to streamline operations and ensure efficiency.Collaborate on Solutions: Work closely with technical teams to develop user stories, functional specifications, and ensure solutions align with business goals.Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.Support Testing: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, support change management efforts, and assist with training initiatives as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.5+ years as a Business Analyst in ICT systems or government projects.Proficiency in business process modeling and tools (e.g., Visio).Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with CRM systems, .NET platforms, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.Experience in building control, infrastructure, or cloud migration projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
