Queensland State Government  Temp Contract until 30th June 2025 + extension  $1400  per day + super Fortitude Valley  ASAP Start We are working with State Government in seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic and innovative Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Improvement Program.
This critical role will play a key part in enhancing health and safety processes while leveraging modern digital solutions to protect and empower the workforce.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze business needs and identify improvement opportunities through tools like process mapping.
Document and prioritize business requirements to ensure effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative system and process improvements.
Lead transitions, including go-live support and decommissioning of legacy systems.
Drive stakeholder engagement to align project benefits with strategic goals.
Manage risks and ensure compliance with program governance structures.
Essential requirements: 3–6 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally in transformation projects within large organizations.
Expertise in business process analysis, system design, and stakeholder management.
Strong background in project management principles and delivering complex projects.
Ability to solve complex issues and foster collaborative relationships.
Experience facilitating workshops, preparing detailed documentation, and managing multiple activities simultaneously.
