It's an exciting time for us as we experience organic growth. As a result, we are currently seeking experienced and committed Senior Business Analyst to work in our project teams on a diverse range of projects.
Demonstrating experience in a background of supplying ICT services into a professional, mission critical environment to ensure optimal workflow, the successful candidate will:
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Analyse current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
Create detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams to facilitate clear communication with development teams and other stakeholders.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance business operations and performance.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, potential risks, and changes in scope.
Your skills and experience will include:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a client focussed environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques is a plus
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Broad understanding of IT communications, infrastructure, and application domains within a mission critical environment
Ability to write technical specification and / or requirement documents appropriate for release as part of formal market engagements such as tenders.
