JBS can provide you with more than a job, it can provide a long-term rewarding career.Reporting to the Group Manager - HRIS, this role will be primarily responsible for managing the requirements gathering process of a Time and Attendance review.This role is critical in identifying improvements to how we track and manage capacity within the different businesses and sites. This person will be responsible for analysing timekeeping processes, tracking cost savings opportunities and ensuring that the company's time management practices align with labour laws and company policies.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements to support time and attendanceAnalysing data such as time, budgets, labour results and forecastsModelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvementsIdentifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impactsCreating functional specifications for solutionsEstimating costs and identifying business savingsSimplifying information and deciphering technical jargon for use across different roles in the businessAssess requirements against solution options and provide calculated feedback on the different optionsWork closely with business stakeholders to understand/document business requirements and translate them into solutions.reports for audiences ranging from frontline supervisors to C-Suite executives.About you:Bachelor's degree or equal experience in ITStrong experience with time and attendance systems and processes (Kronos preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of Australian labour laws and regulationsProficiency in data analysis toolsProficiency in process mapping and requirements gatheringStrong writerSelf-motivated, with the ability to work independently and ask questions as neededKnowledge of agile and user stories.Strong ability to coordinate and communicate between multiple stakeholders.Documentation skills in developing technical data diagrams, reporting specifications and testing.Benefits include (but are not limited to):Retail discounts with national partnersHealth insurance discounts on Bupa Health and Medibank PrivateCar parking and chef catered cafeteria onsiteWhat next?If you're passionate and want to be a part of the largest meat, pork and salmon manufacturer and producer in Australia, this opportunity may be for you.
