Senior Business Analyst

Looking for a Business Analayst to support the delivery of a Technology Refresh project for our client in the Health Industry. Make a real impact and contribute to a smoother experience for patients and health staff. This role is Based in Brisbane and offers a hybrid working week in an Agile environment.ResponsibilitiesGather and define functional and system requirementsReview existing process and systems and identify improvements, providing recommendations for business process re-design and solutions.Proces MappingDevelop and document discussion papers, business case and business requirements.Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather inputs and analyse requirements.Collate and analyse data, providing recommendations based on findings.Develop conceptual design and functional specifications.Support project implementation.Identify and manage risks.Support implementation activitiesEssential Requirements of the ideal candidateBachelor or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science or related field/experienceRelevant Certificates as a Business Analyst/ Agile Business Analysis is an advantageMinimum 5 years of epxerience as a Business AnalystHealth/Hospital/Pharmacy/Medical industry experienceUnderstanding of SDLCStrong stakeholder management along with excellent communication skills to engage, negotiate, present and collaborate with stakeholders.Ability to work independently and proactively identifies improvements and solutionsThank you for your interest.
