Senior Business Analyst

Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)Snr Business Analyst required to support a regulatory compliance project for our client in the financial services industry. You will work in a agile project environment, with a hybrid working week. This is on a day rate contract, based in Brisbane CBD.Your responsibilities:Review existing process and systems and identify improvements, providing recommendations for business process re-design and solutions.Develop and document discussion papers, business case and business requirements.Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather inputs and analyse requirements.Collate and analyse data, providing recommendations based on findings.Develop conceptual design and functional specifications.Identify and manage risks.Support implementation activities, monitoring and measuring change.Document business process modelling/process mapping5+ years as a Business Analyst with strong financial services industry experienceExperience with regulatory compliance project. Financial Crimes experience is highly regarded including AML/KYC.Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across business and technology teams.Excellent communications and stakeholder relationship management skills with strong ability to motivate, engage, negotiate and influence.Thank you for your interest.
