What you'll achieve with us
As our Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will work alongside the business to define and document business requirements; liaise with other BA/BSAs, designers, developers and testers to ensure the business requirements are understood, and contribute to business implementation tasks including training, business process mapping and business readiness, assisting in the development of project collateral, including but not limited to Business Requirements Specification, Stakeholder analysis activities, functional analysis activities, estimations, business case development, software package selection, proof of concepts and RFP processes.
To be successful, you'll have:
At least 5 years of experience as a Senior/Lead Technical BA and 10+ years as a Business Analyst Knowledge of API integration, SAP, Analytics Experience working with both UX designers, front end (UI) and backend teams Experience working with Solution Architect to provide options on how the solution can be implemented Experience with Agile methodologies in complex team settings (preferably SAFe Certified) Experience in leading deeply technical and business BA resources in agile and non-agile environments. IIBA BA Certification is preferred. Experience working with extended teams and 'home and away' models.

You will also have natural curiosity demonstrated by knowledge of technology trends and a desire to maintain currency of knowledge and to continually learn, particularly out of the-box. Needless to say, you will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders, and drive change.

Lead requirement definition and estimation Lead story creation and estimation in JIRA with developers in the team Conduct story kickoffs and walkthroughs with developers in the team Perform story quality assurance checks in JIRA and provide feedback to team members with improvement advice Assist in feature, Epic and Story elaboration Contribute to project briefs - identifying benefits associated with particular pieces of work, operational dependencies, and establish appropriate proposals to clearly articulate the requirements. Provide high-level evaluation of requirements for business programs and projects, which includes business process re-engineering, cost-benefit analysis, recommended solutions and business requirements development. Verify and validate at senior levels of the business. Engage the business user community to ensure that it has been consulted in the preparation of project briefs, business requirements and process re-engineering. Participate in User Acceptance Testing. Develop documentation that correctly reflects current functionality, operating procedures and processes. Facilitate and participate in discussions between the business area and the service provider to achieve practical, timely and high value solutions. Identify business-related risks, issues and dependencies in the development of the solution. Maintain awareness of current Information Security standards and ensure all activities comply with the standards. Demonstrate consideration of customer needs and customer experience targets, as driven by business requirements. Contribute to BA Craft to uplift the Business Analysis Capability Supervise 1-5 other business analysts.
