Senior Business Analyst

Security Clearance Required for this role: Must have a Current Baseline or NV1 security clearance.
Must be an Australian Citizen.
This will be an Office based role in Canberra.
Key Responsibilities: Gather Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to capture business needs and document detailed requirements for the system.
Process Analysis: Analyze and map current and future business processes to streamline operations and ensure efficiency.
Collaborate on Solutions: Work closely with technical teams to develop user stories, functional specifications, and ensure solutions align with business goals.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
Support Testing: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, support change management efforts, and assist with training initiatives as needed.
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
5+ years as a Business Analyst in ICT systems or government projects.
Proficiency in business process modeling and tools (e.g., Visio).
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with CRM systems,.
NET platforms, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in building control, infrastructure, or cloud migration projects.
