About the roles It's an exciting time to be a Business Analyst at People First Bank! Our team of Business Analysts are at the forefront of shaping the creation of a new bank by working on concurrent exciting and complex projects across a multi divisional portfolios of work.
We will be offering opportunities across our exciting projects including:
Lending Payments, Cards & Fraud Digital Banking Platforms Complex migration projects Payroll & HRIS Salesforce You will partner with stakeholders to support transformational projects. You will undertake Business Analyst activities that ensure business requirements are well documented and appropriately managed throughout project life cycles. Additionally, as a Senior Business Analyst, you will drive the Community of Practice maturity across the team whilst providing support, guidance and leadership to Business Analysts.
About you As a successful Senior Business Analyst with experience in banking or financial services, you have a proven ability to build and maintain exceptional relationships with stakeholders. You have a particular strength in your communication skills which allows you to translate technical data to non-technical audiences and you have experience guiding a specialist team.
We also seek:
Formal tertiary qualifications in IT, Business or Project Management Experience in requirements management, utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Completion of Analyst Certification such as BABOK Candidates who have Lean Six Sigma and/or PRINCE2 qualifications will be highly regarded.
