Senior Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a skilled and dynamic business analyst who will be client-focused with comprehensive experience in business analysis within a digital setting.
Duties:
Work in tandem with stakeholders, developers, testers, and solution architects to plan, develop, and test solutions within an Agile Scrum framework, engaging in sprints and workshops as needed.
Organise workshops and other collaborative or investigative activities with internal and external stakeholders to pinpoint issues, develop solutions, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Generate materials such as user stories, journey maps, job descriptions, service blueprints, personas, wireframes, and functional specifications to aid teams in understanding and resolving problems.
Offer input on solution designs that account for enterprise architecture, security, and data management, addressing complex challenges to meet both current business goals and future requirements.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a senior business analyst in digital projects for at least five years.
Strong skills in liaison, negotiation, and problem-solving.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for conveying information clearly and effectively responding to others.
Experience in leading workshops for large stakeholder groups and synthesising their input into requirements.
Proficiency in creating artefacts such as user journeys, process maps, functional decomposition models, user stories, and test cases.
Experience collaborating within multi-disciplinary agile product teams.
