We're looking for a Senior Business Analystto join our Applications and Development team in delivering the transformational Business IT strategy for Benetas.
Some of the ways you'll make a difference: Conduct SWOT analysis of current delivery environments (embed yourself and develop a deep understanding of the business from grass roots level), understand and improve customer and operating outcomes Work with the business units to review operational and strategic objectives, perform gap analysis to define how enabling technology can maximise delivery outcomes Perform definition and iterative design of future state operating models, maximizing the use and value of information automation Deliver Business Process rationalization and re-engineering Process optimization via review and optimisation of human and system activities Perform combination of COTS and bespoke application development, end to end integration to deliver high performing, regulation observant service delivery outcomes enabled and accelerated by information technology solutions To help you achieve this, ideally you'll have: A strong drive and capability to embed yourself in, and develop a deep understanding of the business, challenges and opportunities in this growing sector Demonstrated experience in business assessment, gap analysis, process engineering, re engineering, process and service overhauls Proven proficiency and experience in the selection and application of advanced analytical techniques to deliver best in class outcomes (for example: process mapping and automation optimisation, data modelling, data flow modelling, ER modelling, UML, RUP, fault analysis, pareto determination, MOSCOW, etc) Highly advanced analytical skills and problem solving The tenacity to ask "why" and determine solutions based on evidence A permanent mindset focused on value outcomes, return on change investment (eg performance improvements, cost savings, activity automation, compliance reporting, field staff support systems) Why work with us?
