About the opportunity Working in the Delivery Optimisation team, you will provide data analysis and reporting that will not only enable effective business decision making but also support in defining improvement opportunities (mainly construction and maintenance based) for the Delivery function.
Leading the planning of business analysis engagements, you will be accountable for the quality of business analysis outcomes and the recommendations for actions on specific engagements. You will also be responsible for assisting in the development of business cases for identified projects, ensuring measurable and qualifiable benefits that support the team strategy.
About you Deep understanding of the business analysis fundamentals Experience in gathering stakeholder needs and translating these to business requirements and then to solution requirements Competent in use of all Microsoft products including excel to perform data analytics and PowerBI reports – build / develop and consume Demonstrated knowledge and / or experience in project management, asset management and /or maintenance management. Effective communication, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills – able to collaborate with stakeholders across seniority levels Experience working with Change Management and influencing user behaviour Demonstrated business planning, management skills and business/commercial acumen Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt Certification highly regarded BA related training and professional certification such as CBAP/ CCBA/ ECBA – IIBA, BCS BA, PMI BA or similar - highly desirable Recognition & Reward In return for your hard work, we have numerous benefits and initiatives to support you personally and professionally including but not limited to private health insurance discount, motor vehicle lease plan, career development support, study assistance program and workplace flexibility.
