An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Business Analyst to join the ProgramDelivery team in Revenue NSW.
As a Senior Business Analyst,you will be responsible for leading requirement gathering, implementingbusiness analysis best practices and consistencies across systems and supportthe delivery of our products and services.
This role willfocus on leading requirement gathering to support a strategic investment caseto transform our approach to working with our customers across a range of taxproducts.
KeyResponsibilities includes Supportthe identification, analysis and documentation of business processes,systems and other functional requirements to support the development ofdigital products and service improvements. Collaboratewith stakeholders to elicit requirements to understand and analysebusiness problems, collate needs and recommend fit for purpose solutions. Supportthe development and implementation of projects, continuous improvementactivities and processes that enhance systems to meet businessrequirements and priorities To be successful in this role, you willdemonstrate: Demonstratedexperience in leading business analysis (digital) and working on multipleprojects in agile environment Strongresearch, analytical and problem-solving skills Anability to think innovatively and support the development of solutions fitfor purpose. Excellentverbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicatecomplex issues clearly to a range of stakeholders. Previousexperience in project and platform support within a digital/ICTenvironmentIntermediateknowledge of Miro, Database, Microsoft Office including Word, excel andPower point as well as experience in JIRA and Confluence What we need from you
