This is critical role within the Institutional Capital Reforms Program working with the Collateral workstream. A high priority program that will deliver several major system and process changes in response to the requirements released by APRA under APS 112 and APS 113. These changes will impact on a number of existing ANZ systems and result in significant technology and process changes that will need to be effectively defined, planned, implemented and adapted by the organisation to ensure compliance with the new requirements.
The Senior Business Analyst is critical to making this happen and will:
• Lead the requirements and project activities ensuring assigned analysis activities are conducted within agreed cost parameters, outputs and benefits are clear and that identified solutions provide the stated objectives and benefits. 
• Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships across ANZ focussed on delivering to the agreed Strategic Enterprise Collateral Solution 
• Develop accurate, detailed, fit-for-purpose requirements that display an understanding of the implications to the impacted business areas and the broader Institutional and ANZ groups.
• Document current and future state processes across the areas impacted by the changes, including capturing impacts on upstream and downstream systems and reporting.
• Lead/support the design and delivery of tactical and strategic solutions to respond to the new requirements. Agreed solutions need to be fit-for-purpose, efficient and deliver business/strategic benefits.
• Support the team to implement the change and embed BAU transition.
• Adhere to established ANZ policy and procedures and project / program practices and governance.
• Work across various horizontal program streams, including change management, business readiness & communications, architecture, system integration, data governance and testing
• Support other vertical program streams as required

3 Available opportunities What will you bring? To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Extensive business analysis experience and/or detailed knowledge of business domain SME; experience in elicitation techniques and competent in requirements gathering skills. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working on mid to large sized projects/Teams. 
• Demonstrated experience of planning and facilitating elicitation and validation workshops
• Ability to work in complex environment, building a high performing team to meet the program's objectives and scope, ensuring challenges and obstacles are clearly escalated to the program team 
• Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings.
• Ability to work as part of a large, multifunctional program team delivering to tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of program and project governance and an ability to apply a principles based approach
• Growth mindset
Good to have: 
• Experience in Tech/Digital based projects 
• Experience in Remediation programs
• Experience in Business Process Re-engineering
• Experience in Wholesale Credit Processes
• Experience in Wholesale Collaterals/Securities
• Experience working in an Agile delivery team
• Experience in and understanding of ANZ/Institutional credit/lending systems and processes
