The Role As the Senior Business Analyst within the Digital and Cloud team, you will work and deliver on new and transformative digital applications providing our users with an enhanced experience. Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, you will be highly visible across the business and critical to the success of the future projects roadmap. This is an exceptionally exciting role for someone that wants to be part of an innovative, industry-defining transformation.
The Senior Business Analyst will apply the latest techniques within the context of our customers and business, to improve customer experience and drive returns.
This role will require you to:
Work closely with product owners to elicit, analyse and define requirementsActively participate in all Agile ceremoniesWrite user stories, epics, and functional specificationsWork closely with developers to ensure that business requirements are understood, and that all the relevant details are included in the user storyEnsure that appropriate documentation is created and updated at all stages of the projectAssist in the preparation of business cases and project evaluation activitiesProcess mapping (current and future state) and identifying opportunities for process improvementsSupport the design, development, and delivery of the change management planLead business requirements gathering and process design workshopsYour Experience Relevant tertiary qualifications, combined with a software development background, including technical knowledge and understanding is critical. Agile or traditional certifications, along with commercial acumen, business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools is essential.
