Position Overview: The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions within the organization. With a strong background in Salesforce platforms and implementation, the role involves analyzing complex business processes, defining requirements, and delivering efficient ICT solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will leverage their expertise in developing and deploying Salesforce ISV applications to enhance organizational operations.Key Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering and Analysis:Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations to identify opportunities for improvement.Document and validate requirements through interaction with stakeholders.Develop comprehensive functional specifications tailored to organizational needs.Salesforce Configuration and Implementation:Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce ISV applications, such as CFSuite, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Provide expert support during the rollout of Salesforce solutions, including data migration and training sessions.Stakeholder Engagement:Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.Conduct stakeholder workshops to refine system requirements and implementation strategies.Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and regular updates.Process Mapping and Optimization:Document current "as-is" workflows and design "to-be" workflows that leverage ICT solutions.Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and align processes with organizational goals.Solution Design and Quality Assurance:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust ICT solutions.Oversee Quality Assurance processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution.Generate user stories and test cases to guide development and testing efforts.Training and Documentation:Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.Maintain detailed documentation, including technical manuals, user guides, and project reports.Project Management and Delivery:Coordinate project delivery by managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Facilitate design reviews and walkthroughs to validate proposed solutions.Provide post-implementation support to ensure solution sustainability.Technical Expertise:Utilize expertise in Salesforce DX deployment and deployment procedures to ensure smooth project delivery.Address Salesforce-related issues, such as configuration defects, data quality, and user management.Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.Skills and Competencies:Proficient in Salesforce platform development and configuration.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.Experience with Atlassian Jira for project tracking and issue management.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.Proven track record in deploying Salesforce ISV applications for clients in local government and other sectors.Certified Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Community Cloud Consultant.Hands-on experience with mobile development for iOS and Android platforms (desirable).Work Environment: The Senior Business Analyst operates in a collaborative environment, engaging with diverse teams to deliver impactful ICT solutions.
