Your role will primarily encompass functions relevant to the analysis, requirement definition and delivery of LSSA business systems and working with stakeholders and project teams to offer possible recommendations for implementation. This role is offered as a 12-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of permanency.As Senior Business Analyst, you will be comfortable in technology project settings whereby proven Business Analysis experience can be demonstrated. You will be prepared to work outside normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis as well as travelling interstate and intrastate when necessary.It is vital that the Senior Business Analyst demonstrates the ability to multitask, prepare reports and briefs consistent with the nature of the LSSA Project Management Framework and feels comfortable working within multi-disciplinary IT teams. A large degree of autonomy is essential as well as the skillset to exhibit creativity in conducting business and systems process analysis, requirements definition and design at a complex level.Not only is problem-solving inherent to this role, but also the capacity to consider project goals and outcomes when undertaking work. The Senior Business Analyst will possess an array of attributes such as adaptability, collaboration, self-management and excellent communication skills as well as being able to work with limited direction.
