THE ROLE The State Department has commenced a project to replace its existing HR/Payroll solution with a proven contemporary HCM solution.
A highly skilled Senior Business Analyst is required to support the future state process design, business and functional requirement management activities, in the areas of Core HR, Payroll, Establishment Management, Talent management, Time & Attendance, Recruitment & On boarding, needed for the configuration activities for any future implementation.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the analysis of business processes and user requirementsCollaborate with business representatives and other project team members to help design and document business processes and requirementsAnalyse and evaluate the existing processes and identify gapsElicit and analyse current 'as-is' processes, understand new requirements and develop 'to-be' processes to meet business needs and gauge level of process changeManage requirements including documentation, prioritisation and traceability DESIRABLE Highly developed business analysis skillsWell-developed oral and written communication skillsExtensive process and data modelling skillGathering information from stakeholders to understand their needs and detailed requirementsWriting Business and Functional requirements specifications and documenting business rulesAnalysing and decomposing business requirement into functional and non-functional requirements To be considered for the role click the 'apply' button.
