As a Senior BA, it will be expected that you will be able to work autonomously and engage with the business to develop processes which support the project initiatives.You will ensure business requirements are elicited and documented using a variety of techniques to guarantee the quality of the requirements. You will be required to process map the 'As is vs The to be' processes and seek areas to optimise where possible.You will be required to work closely with the WMS implementation team to configure the system based on requirements, execute test cases and perform UAT activities.Your stakeholder management skills are exceptional, and you will be required to partner with senior stakeholders to ensure expectations for delivery are met or managed appropriately and implement strategies to address complexities.
