The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Guest Innovation and Compliance team.
This role is key in helping Crown's future strategy and uplifting the guest experience.
You will also be responsible for:
Lead evaluation of current business processes and functional requirements and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies for end-to-end guest journeys in collaboration with key business stakeholders to drive business efficiencies.Lead development of target state processes and business requirements focusing on guest experience, business efficiencies, and regulatory requirements in alignment with overall strategy and roadmap to uplift guest journeys including guest onboarding and ID Verification.Maintain up-to-date documentation on existing processes, proposed improvements, and target state processes to be simpler and more efficient, whilst enhancing the guest experience and improving compliance.Create comprehensive business cases, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases to guide development teams.Ensure compliance with and adherence to all relevant legislation and policies and procedures in relation to Responsible Service of Gaming (including training), and the Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct.About you We are looking for an experienced analyst with exposure to Continuous Improvement methodologies.
You will be passionate about the guest journey and how you can help improve the experience of our guests.
You will also have:
A Degree (or undertaking a Degree) in a relevant discipline (e.g.
Information Technology, Business Management; Law; MBA etc.)
is desirable.Strong communication skills to effectively articulate and/or summarise information to help direct business unit planning and other needs.Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills to identify and satisfy the requirements of relevant stakeholders.Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics, and dependability.Sound understanding of emerging trends in technology to enable and enhance Crown's customer journey strategy.What you can expect from us
