As our Senior Business Analyst, reporting to the Head of Financial Crime Governance Regulatory Engagement & Intelligence, you will support the financial crime team to interpret and implement complex regulatory requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team and critical business functions.
A few of your responsibilities Develop and implement a management framework to achieve compliance with regulatory and other risk exposures.Coordinate and conduct Compliance Assurance reviews to validate compliance processes are followed.Develop and deliver compliance presentations to the senior leadership teamAssist in preparing reports to the Risk and Compliance committees.Respond to Regulator Investigations and AuditsWhat we are looking for Previous experience working in a highly regulated environment.Background in Finance, Legal or Compliance preferred.Strong attention to detail.Confident, articulate and have well developed interpersonal skills.Experience with compliance software is preferred.You are an experienced Financial Crime Business Analyst with a vast understanding of the regulatory landscape and the ability to assess risks, problem solve, interpret data and communicate effectively.
Your role will be pivotal in implementing Financial Crime Regulatory Reporting initiatives and identifying and mitigating risks to milestone delivery.
