Are you a Senior Business Analyst with work experience in WFM or HR systems?
Our client, a leading and well-recognised organisation, is seeking multiple Business Analysts to support their HR systems transformation project.
The project is going up for funding and if signed off, will be starting in February 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge initiative that will revolutionise their HR processes and be part of a large, long-running program of work.
Key Responsibilities: Work through initial discovery, and map current state processes for all job functions across all business divisions.
Create detailed process maps and maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure all project objectives are met Analyse and document business requirements for HR modules including Payroll, Forecasting, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Rewards Develop functional and non-functional specifications Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Support the migration from on-premises HR systems to a cloud-based solution Required Skills and Experience: Strong experience with Workforce Management systems will be essential for this role Excellent skills in writing functional and non-functional specifications Proficiency in process mapping and requirements traceability Experience with cloud migration projects highly regarded but not essential Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities A working understanding of HR compliance and regulations.
Preferred tools & technology experience: Experience with enterprise workforce management systems and/or HR modules in major ERPS Payroll systems experience such as ADP, UKG, Kronos, etc Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus As mentioned, this is an expression of interest, and these roles are yet to be officially funded.
