About the role Brand new piece of workWorking with senior stakeholdersWorking with the business & technical teams within credit risk and other key banking areasThe ideal candidate: You are an experienced Senior Business Analyst with:
6+ years within Financial Services as a Business AnalystCredit risk experience, and wider banking knowledgeExperience interpreting and translating regulatory requirementsExperience working according to Agile / Scrum principlesInterpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessaryExceptional written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearlyProblem-solving and negotiation skills; taking initiative and the ability to offer new ideasOrganisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectivesUnderstanding of data and data flowsJira & ConfluenceSome SQL experience would be advantageousNaturally positive, with some get up and go attitudeWhat's in it for you
