Senior Business Analyst Contract

12 month contract + extensions, ASAP start Exclusive direct opportunity, no response needed Baseline security clearance MANDATORY Canberra, Gungahlin with some WFH Our client, a self funded Federal Government Agency is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to backfill a position ASAP.
Duties: Working on Online Services which is a 24/7 web-based system available for the Agencies customers and business partners to interact with the Agency.
Working closely with business stakeholders to document pain points, create user personas, user stories, map user journey diagrams, process workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and task cards to support new or extended change management processes.
Liaise with internal and external business stakeholders, business counterparts and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver continuous improvement.
The role requires gathering and documenting requirements, defining business rules, and designing automated and manual processes.
