Senior Business Analyst Contract

BA on a whole-of-government web-based project 14 month contract + 12 + 12 month extensions NV1 clearance (highly desirable) Barton, ACT (Flexible work arrangement) Our client, a premier Federal Government department in Barton, ACT, requires an experienced senior BA for a long 14 + 12 + 12 month contract. This is a prominent and influential project, which is highly visible with a significant stakeholder community. The project team is working on a whole of government web based service to improve collaboration and modernise the way important information is created, distributed and shared across government. The Senior Business Analyst will: Meet with business stakeholders to elicit, capture and document business processes, requirements and business rules. Identify, obtain, analyse and document business requirements and process maps. Undertake interpretation and translation of business requirements into viable business solutions. Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders within the organisation including facilitating key discussion forums. Selection criteria: A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst across various disciplines in ICT. Requirements gathering and documentation, business rules definition, process/workflow design and liaison with business representatives Web based applications. Working in Agile project environments.
