Senior Business Analyst - Compliance (12-month contract)We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our on-going compliance uplift program.
About the opportunity Reporting into the Program Director, this 12-month contract will see you provide your business analysis expertise to support the program and operational units to define, plan and deliver change. This role will have a strong focus on stakeholder engagement to build process maps and gather other requirements, and will take on the creation of a range of materials to support the operationalisation of processes, including Standard Operating Procedures, Guides, FAQ's and User Guides. As well as process transformation (outside of IT-focused delivery), this role will also support the creation and delivery of training, and work with stakeholders and teams to embed change.
About you You will have proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex and progressive organisations. Your expertise will be supporting large, complex programs and projects, including process mapping, requirements gathering and supporting delivery of changes. You will have exceptional organisational and time management skills, coupled with your ability to plan ahead, handle multiple tasks concurrently and work towards and meet deadlines. Your communication skills will be unrivalled, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to match. You will be highly analytical, and possess demonstrated lateral strategic thinking skills, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.
