Senior Business Analyst - Ciam/Idam

A well-known loyalty platform is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong CIAM (Customer Identify and Access Management) experience to join their team on an initial six month contract.
Joining an in-flight project, you will be supporting and assisting the IDAM strategy and creation of a CIAM business model.
You will be responsible for managing a large number of active requirements, engaging with a range of stakeholders to report on status and progress, updating Jira and tracing / reporting.
To be successful in this role you will need: Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry certifications Proven experience working as a Senior Business Analyst within large, complex environments Strong CIAM or IDAM knowledge and experience Previous experience leading a team of BA's is highly regarded Exceptional communication skills coupled with superior stakeholder engagement skills Experience conducting analysis required to support the justification of initiatives including options analysis, and production of business cases is essential This is a Sydney-based role which requires you in the office 50% of the time.
