Senior Business Analyst - Business Banking

Overview:  We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts with a strong background in commercial and retail lending.
This role involves engaging with a diverse range of business stakeholders, from senior executives to operations, legal, and product teams, to drive improvements in banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver enhancements in banking products and services.
Develop and implement business-focused customer programs in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
Conduct root cause and gap analysis with a focus on risk.
Perform process mapping and modeling.
Engage with diverse stakeholders, including risk, compliance, and product teams.
Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years as a Senior Business Analyst with relevant experience in business banking or business lending.
Proven experience across the lifecycle/ecosystem of retail or business lending.
Recent experience in customer-impacting programs.
Strong analytical skills with a risk management perspective.
Proficiency in process mapping and modeling.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
