As a Senior Business Analyst, you are required to build and maintain working relationships with your immediate scrum team, as well as the broader project team (other scrum teams), stakeholders, product owners, Business Services and SMEs.
You will need to identify and manage risk according to delivery framework, policies and project governance and will report to the Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
You will lead and own business analysis activities and to provide specialist support for projects.
Gather information, document, and analyse business needs, to produce quality requirements.
The role requires you to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes.
as well as liaise with stakeholders and elicit information from business and IT to help develop solutions that enable our customers to achieve their goals.
Building and maintaining relationships with other team members is also key to the transformational agenda.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Elicitation of business requirements to decompose features reflecting benefits, dependencies, risks and priorities Effectively communicates requirements to stakeholders, manages conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team members remain in agreement on solution scope Ensure business needs are properly modelled, analysed and reflected and any impacts to benefit are captured Documents the current and future states to identify and recommend improvements, verification and validation Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business needs and translate these into requirements Breaking down business requirements into epics, features and stories, writing, validating and estimating user stories, mapping current and future business processes Facilitate workshops and training sessions at any stage of a project Effectively manage relationships with project stakeholders and assist the Sponsors and Product Owners with articulating their requirements and the value they are after.

Ensuring the non-functional requirements are achievable and subsequently met Work with data analytics and help to mine and understand large amounts of data Experience: Minimum five years business analysis or process improvement experience Experience in mentoring team members within the BA practice Experience in working across multiple streams in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
Demonstrated leadership in the implementation of Agile/Scrum methods and techniques Experienced engaging stakeholders at all levels and able to communicate ideas and vision effectively and with impact Experience in Financial Services is highly desirable - ideally Asset and Wealth Domain!
