Senior Business Analyst (Asset Management)12 months CONTRACT with potential extension

Remote work with travel to Darwin, NT required for one week each month Travel expenses and accommodation provided

Daily rate: $1,000 - $1,100 (inc. Super)

ROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Asset Management to enhance business processes and optimize operational efficiency within the utility sector. This role is critical for analyzing and documenting business functions, gathering requirements, and delivering high-quality insights to support organizational goals.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGConduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to recommend improvements that align with strategic objectives.Lead stakeholder workshops for process discovery, mapping, and data interpretation.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to negotiate and gain support for change initiatives.Develop clear, high-quality documentation, including process maps, user guides, and presentations.Partner with Change Managers and Implementation Leads to evaluate change impacts and support necessary training and skill-building.Assist in creating business transition plans and facilitate knowledge transfer to empower future initiatives.MORE ABOUT YOUSkilled in analyzing and communicating technical information clearly.Strong documentation abilities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and usability.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Proficient in facilitating workshops for process mapping and discovery.Self-directed with strong time management to meet deadlines.Familiar with process mapping, improvement frameworks, and best practices.Experience managing stakeholders within Asset Management or Service Delivery in a utility industry.If this opportunity aligns with your expertise and aspirations, please apply!
