What you will be doing
Both roles report to a Strategic Advisor in their respective branches: Electoral Integrity and Regulation (EIR) and Event Strategy and Delivery (ESD). While each role has a unique focus, they share some common responsibilities:
Both roles are accountable for:
Supporting the development, implementation and monitoring of branch strategic and operational plans.Provision of expert adviceon complex and/or sensitive matters.Supporting various business support functions, including drafting corresponednce and managing internal and external complex reportingEstablishing and managing branch governance and compliance activities, including branch policy and procedure management.For detailed roles and responsibilities of each role, please refer to the attached position descriptionsWhat you will bring to the role/s Your strong business acumenExcellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at handlingcomplex and sensitive matters.Demonstrated experience in operational planning, including contingency planning.Your keen problem solving ability with a focus on continuous improvement to resolve business issues.How to apply
