Job Description
This role would suit aSenior accountant looking tofocus on more business advisory / CFO advisory work.
Assisting Lead Advisers with M&A, valuations and capital raisingFinancial modelling and forecastingFinancial investigations and due diligenceProvide strategic advisory services centred around business performanceResearching, analysing and interpreting dataAttending board meetings, board reporting and corporate governanceDemonstrate a strong understanding of SME tax and accounting requirements across a range of industriesPrepare tax and compliance work to review stageAssist with the preparation of other client work and technical advice as requestedAssist with off-site client engagements as requiredManaging client relationshipsAssist with the development of existing and potential business opportunities Ideal Candidate
In order to be successful in this role you must have a driven, positive attitude and a relationship based approach to client servicing. An ability to think "outside the box" and a strong passion for helping business to thrive is a must.
