ABOUT THE COMPANYThis reputable Sydney local council, based in the Eastern Suburbs, is currently seeking an A2/A3 Accredited Senior Building Surveyor to assist their team with the delivery of multiple projects. The role offers an initial 3 month contract, with the possibility of extension. In this position, you will be required to work in the office 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
DUTIESConduct buildings and swimming pools inspectionsEvaluate and determine CDCs, OCs, CCs, and BICsProvide internal and external specialist building adviceInspect existing buildings in relation to fire safety and prepare fire safety ordersSKILLS & EXPERIENCEA registered Building Surveyor with NSW Fair TradingQualifications in Building Surveying (or related)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsWorking knowledge of the EPA and BCACULTUREThe culture of this team is one described to be collaborative, cooperative and solutions-orientated.
