About the Role Growing rapidly and making our mark, we're seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to run projects of varying complexity across class 3 to 9 buildings who shares our commitment to high standards, is client-focused, and brings meticulous attention to detail.
This role is more than just project management and compliance; it's also about championing Codex's ethos of integrity, expertise, and client partnership.
What You'll Be Doing Lead BCA consultancy and building certification on a diverse portfolio of projects, each with unique challenges that require precision and insight.Support the Director on technical initiatives that underscore our role as industry leaders.Engage with and manage a client base, bringing professionalism and transparency to every interaction.Deliver projects with autonomy and uphold the high standards Codex is known for.Mentor and supervise junior staff, creating a culture of growth and continuous learning.Oversee project management and invoicing across Class 3 to 9 buildings, ensuring smooth operations.Participate in business development, helping to extend Codex's reach and reputation.Collaborate within the team to deliver technical excellence that redefines client expectations.What You Bring To thrive (with no working restrictions in Australia), you'll bring:
