Senior Building Surveyor

PEROLKELLY have partnered with a local government seeking a Senior Building Surveyor in Perth W.A.
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice on building regulations, compliance, and construction-related matters. You will be working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, delivering high-quality assessments and inspections on a range of building projects.
Responsibilities: Conduct detailed building inspections, assessments, and surveys to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on building compliance, defects, and maintenance issues. Prepare building permits, demolition permits, and occupancy permits for supervisor review. Conduct site inspections, including pool barrier inspections. About you: Registered Level 1 or 2 Building Surveyor. Able to lead and mentor a team. Conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
