JV Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an expereince Building Supervisor within the commercial insurance space to join a client of ours based in Canberra, ACT.
This client has been leading in the repair space since 1989.
Supporting a variety of customers, who have unfortunately been effected by minor & major events that have had an impacting effect on their family, life & home.
The succesfull candidate must understand how the commercial insurance consutruction space works while also having the right personality to support following traumatic life events.
Objectives: Plan major and complex loss construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Responsible for estimating, planning, implementation, and scheduling of Major projects.
Provide exceptional customer and client outcomes through the delivery of building and restoration services during and following major and complex loss events.
Ensure our claim outcomes, industry leading service, quality, costs, and repair methods are second to none.
Grow and maintain client relationships in the major and complex loss market.
The succesfull candidate must have: 3+ years experience working on commercial insurance construction projects - ideally heritage and STRATA areas.
Proven experience in facilitating major and complex loss events within Insurance.
Succesfully manage projects between 500k to $10m in value.
Construction Management Degree/Qualififcation in Building & Construction/Builders Licence.
