We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Building Manager to join our team at one of the premier residential and retail properties located in the heart of Sydney.
About the Role:
Hours: 40 hours per week, from 7:30am to 3:30pm and on-call 24/7, seven days per week.
Responsibilities:

Arranging Quotes/Works
Overseeing regular maintenance and repairs to ensure the building is in optimal condition.
Ensuring the building complies with all relevant regulations and safety standards, including conducting regular inspections and audits.
Coordinating and managing relationships with external vendors and contractors for services
Maintaining accurate records of building operations, maintenance activities, and tenant interactions, and preparing regular reports for the Owners Corporation
Providing excellent customer service to tenants and visitors, ensuring a positive experience for all building occupants.
Key Qualifications:

Experience in building management roles.
Proficiency in using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (preferably MYBOS).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Basic handyman skills are advantageous.
Ability to handle emergencies and maintain confidentiality.
