As an expert in the Building/Construction law field, your role will be a mix of front (contracts and agreements) and back end (dispute resolution, legislative and regulatory requirements) in relation to both domestic and commercial building matters.It is envisaged that the successful candidate will possess at least 8 years + PAE across the full gamut of Building & Construction law practice and it goes without saying, but we will anyway, the suitable candidates will also have:Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal;High attention to detail;Strong drafting and negotiating skills;A strong work ethic and team values;A willingness to mentor & share knowledge;Be able to multi-task & manage competing priorities;Knowledge of Practice Evolve and Redcrest is highly desirable.This role is a rare and outstanding opportunity for an experienced lawyer in this niche area to advance their career and join a dynamic team.
