Meers Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a high performing Asset Finance Broker Development Manager who will be responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with both partners and business referral sources with accountability for a specific territory target.
Responsibilities include: Identify, contact, engage and partner with broker referrers.Implement a strategic plan to engage partners to refer business and deliver territory sales volumes.Engage partnerships in order to build market awareness and referral opportunities.Present the business value proposition to stimulate regular deal opportunities.Identify and win new referral partnerships.Provide management with regular sales pipeline updates.Ability to effectively overcome customer objections to acquire new business.To be successful you will possess: Strong business acumen and industry awareness within Asset Finance.Experience in a similar role within Consumer or Commercial Asset Finance.Proven ability to identify, contact and partner with target referral market.Excellent relationship building skills with an engaging personality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
