Senior Broadcast Officer Hansard Ongoing, full time opportunity PoV Grade 5, $106,534 - $117,716 + 11.5% superannuation About the role Reporting to the Audio-visual and Broadcast Lead, you will play a key role in leading a small team, planning and managing resource allocation for committees, broadcasts, and production. You will help formulate and develop new workflow production processes, incorporate new ideas for creative elements that will improve delivery, and implement training. You will:
Manage production logistics and resource allocation for live broadcasts and committees. Provide high-level technical and production expertise and leadership to the Broadcast and Audio-visual teams. Support all areas of broadcast and production operationally. Direct key broadcast events and facilitate the smooth running of multiple concurrent broadcasting projects. About you Experience producing and directing in a multi-camera live environment. Demonstrated experience in supervision/leadership. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain key relationships.
