Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be accountable for driving the strategic long-term agenda of the SUSTAGEN portfolio across multiple channels including Pharmacy, Grocery, Institutional and e-commerce.In this role you will lead the full end-to-end process including strategic planning, communication development and innovation pipeline & implementation - leading the entire marketing mix.If you are an ambitious and energetic professional, we invite you to join our team and take on this incredible opportunity!A day in the Life…You will join a passionate and dynamic team where you will own the portfolio, leading cross functional teams to deliver key projects to fuel growth with full responsibility for the end to end go to market plan.Responsible for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of the brand objectives, strategies and plans across the SUSTAGEN BrandLeading the development and implementation of fully integrated communications plan across the portfolioResponsible for the development and successful execution of the annual marketing plan, ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on time in full & aligned with key objectives.Project lead for consumer centric NPD in current and new segmentsContribute to a high performing culture, and manage one direct report (Marketing Graduate)Stakeholder management including local leadership team, leading agency relationships & internal stakeholders across siteWhat will make you successful:Demonstrated success in creating and implementing marketing strategies, as well as experience in NPD and ATL campaign management.Strong business and commercial acumen, with substantial experience in marketing, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) category or Pharmacy IndustryProven ability to influence cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to develop, align, and execute growth-oriented strategies.Experience in NPD and working closely with an Insights team within a clearly defined New Product Development process.Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence at senior to executive levels.
