About the Role We are seeking a talented Senior Brand Manager to join our Respiratory team.
This key leadership role (3 direct reports) is crucial in directing the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives for one of our key brands.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will have the chance to spearhead strategic projects that contribute to the product's overall success.
Your leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and talent for creating a positive team culture will be crucial in this position.
Your role will be varied and will include:
Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and market share.Conducting thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and market dynamics.Creating and executing detailed marketing plans, including product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of brand strategies and objectives.Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.About you? To be successful in the role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a brand management role in the pharmaceutical industry.
You should also be enthusiastic about working on a priority product in a highly competitive market.
You'll also possess:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.Be adept at effectively communicating strategies and their performance to stakeholders at all levels.Why join us?
