Reporting to the inspirational Head of Marketing, you will manage and look after the marketing, brand and product strategy for all of Australia and New Zealand.
It's a strategic and hands-on role where you will manage all areas of the portfolio's lifecycle from the inception of new products/brands to the launch of campaigns including all advertising (TV, Radio, Digital, Social & Print) and post-campaign analysis.Responsibilities
Take real strategic ownership and manage end to end brand and product marketing activities across ATL, BTL, Digital and Social including POP and all in-store communications including new menu items.Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders including NPD, supply chain, restaurants, marketing, digital and analytics as well as agency relationships.Continuously assess and analyse campaign effectiveness with a test and learn methodology including menu analysis.Manage nominated communications and New Product Development (NPD) project launches.What You Need to Be Successful
A delicious attitude and hungry mindset balancing a nurturing and collaborative approach to hitting key business and brand objectives.A proven track record as either a highly successful Brand Manager or a Senior Brand Manager looking for a tasty new challenge.A background in FMCG/QSR/Food or B2C Product, skilled in building a brand strategy and using insights to manage NPD.An adaptable and flexible nature and ability to influence key stakeholders to enjoy positive business outcomes.Benefits
