Description Join McPherson's as a Senior Brand Manager and play a key role in leading the transformation of one of Australia's most iconic skincare brands, Dr LeWinn's.
In this high-impact position, you will drive the strategic vision driven by deep consumer insights, manage key initiatives, and oversee the development and execution of innovation and major product launches as we expand into new and exciting markets, including China and Southeast Asia.

Key Accountabilities:
Trends and Insights : Develop a deep understanding of category and consumer trends to create innovative, long-term brand strategies.
Portfolio and Brand Strategy : Craft and implement brand strategies that meet business goals and growth targets across various markets, with a focus on differentiation and long-term success.
Innovation : Collaborate cross-functionally to create a 3-year innovation pipeline that drives category growth and meets consumer needs.
Communication : Lead communication strategies and media plans to build brand equity, embracing new marketing techniques and ensuring campaign performance and ROI.
Budget Management : Efficiently manage brand budgets and provide accurate monthly forecasting.
Leadership and Collaboration : Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster a high-performance culture.
About you:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience working within either FMCG and/or the pharmacy industry.
Strategic and executional brand building capabilities.
Experience with People Management.
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Comprehensive understanding of brand planning and innovation management.
Strong operational expertise including forecasting and inventory control.
Commercially savvy including sales and margin tracking, and advertising & promotion effectiveness.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, highly organised and can work effectively within time constraints.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
