About the opportunity
Reporting to the Business Unit Director, this growth-related, permanent, and full-time Senior Product Manager position is responsible for strategizing, creating, executing, overseeing, and assessing marketing initiatives for innovative pharmaceutical products (Sydney based).
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze market trends and competitor movements to shape growth opportunities.Develop annual product plans grounded in customer insights and data-driven strategies.Lead cross-functional coordination to gear up for upcoming product launches.Drive forecasting and budgeting, ensuring targets align with business goals.Set strategic marketing objectives and design campaigns to achieve them.Conduct regular field visits and engage with stakeholders to strengthen brand relationships. Skills & Experience requiredMinimum 5 years in Pharma Marketing, Senior Product/Brand Management.Proven track record in crafting and executing marketing strategies that drive product success with demonstrable achievements.Skilled in cross-functional collaboration for successful product launches.Strong ability to analyze market data and shape growth-focused strategies.Experienced in budget planning, forecasting, and managing promotional spend.
